A look back at the first day of the Royat-Chamalières book fair

A return of the sun as a favorable sign for this new chapter of the book fair, for its eleventh edition at the Royat casino.

A new chapter is being written this weekend for the Royat-Chamalières book fair. The bookseller Les Volcans is taking over the event. Fewer authors, more meetings, a line refocused around literature. And pretty names. Very pretty even. In the spotlight, Michel Bussi, but also Aurélien Bellanger, Cécile Coulon, Jean-Christophe Ruffin…

Michel Bussi: “The fans don’t scream my name”

The show continues this Sunday, October 6, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Less sales, more meetings. It is now possible to sit in the theater and spend your day listening to authors. Free of charge. So sure, it’s sunny, but it’s still worth it.

The entire program can be found here.
