Friday January 10, around 11:15 a.m., a police emergency crew was deployed in the Arbousset sector for a brawl. Arriving on site, the police came face to face with a woman, baby on her arm, injured in the temple. It was not a fight but a case of domestic violence. The thirty-year-old explains to the police that she had an argument with her partner, who is no longer at the scene. Taken care of by the firefighters, she was taken to the emergency room of the Emile-Roux hospital for check-ups.
Complaints filed
For his part, his partner, 39 years old, goes, in the meantime, to the Puy-en-Velay police station to file a complaint against his partner for domestic violence. During his interview, the police noticed traces of strangulation as well as scratches. When she leaves the hospital, the spouse in turn files a complaint for domestic violence. Both deny, while in police custody, the acts of mutual violence. They will have to explain themselves before the criminal court next April.
