Under the influence of cocaine and alcohol, the individual was speeding on a departmental road in Saucats on Saturday. He was arrested by the gendarmerie.
He was traveling at 150 km/h on a departmental road in Saucats (Gironde), around 3 p.m. on Saturday, when he was spotted crossing a solid line on this portion of the road limited to 80 km/h. Two first offenses, which were quickly followed by a refusal to comply on the part of the biker.
The latter fled and hit the motorcycle of a gendarme who was cutting him off at the exit of a roundabout. The soldier, slightly injured in one hand, was not prescribed ITT. Arrested and taken into custody immediately, the driver was driving under the influence of cocaine and alcohol.
The individual, born in 1988, was to be brought before the courts for immediate appearance this Monday to answer for his actions. He is not unknown to the justice system when it comes to traffic offenses, particularly being a repeat offender when it comes to drunk driving.
