Ukrainian police said on Thursday that two people were killed in a shooting near kyiv.
A soldier and his mother-in-law were killed in a shooting this Thursday, May 8 in the kyiv region, said the police, stating that it was a personal conflict and that the alleged killer had been arrested.
“The police carried out a special operation and arrested” the 63 -year -old man, police said in a statement. According to the latter, the soldier had sold a month ago a month ago for $ 1,000 suspect, before claiming Thursday that he paid him an additional sum, which aroused a “conflict” between them.

The alleged criminal used the weapon bought to shoot down the soldier and his mother-in-law before locking up in his house, said the press release.

Earlier in the day, the police had indicated to establish “the circumstances of a shooting in the Boutcha district, during which several people were killed”.
According to information circulating on social networks, the shooting occurred in the village of Sofïvska Borchtchagivka, which adjoins the western districts of kyiv, the capital.
