new month, new rules! May 1 does not only bring strands of thrush and a welcome holiday. Indeed, several new measures change the situation for families : social assistance, wages, consumption … Here is what to remember to start the month on the right foot.
Gas: a downward invoice for certain households

But beware, only contracts at indexed prices are affected. The fixed price offers will not benefit from this decrease.
Social aid: payment of revalued amounts

taxes: the deadline approach for 54 departments
The income declaration has been open since April 10. If you live in a department numbered from 1 to 54, you only have a few weeks left to declare your income:
- Until May 22 for departments 1 to 19.
- Until May 28 for departments 20 to 54
- Until June 5 for others
Two new features to note this year: an individual sample rate applied automatically to married or PACS couples (except refusal), and the obligation to declare income from platforms Like Vinted or Leboncoin, even if they are not taxable.
