Michael Schumacher, the legendary seven -term Formula 1 champion, made a generous contribution to a charitable cause that is close to the Sir Jackie Stewart race. Alongside his wife Corinna, Schumacher has signed a helmet that will be auctioned, with all the profits intended to support the charity of Sir Jackie Stewart, Race Against Dementia.

The helmet, adorned with the initials ‘MS’ for Michael Schumacher, also presents the signatures of all the world champions of Formula 1 still alive, adding to its historical value. This unique piece of memorabilia will be sold at auction to collect funds for the noble cause of charity, which finances a revolutionary blood test test developed by the University of Cambridge to fight dementia.

Sporting a classic white design with a royal Stewart tartan headband, the helmet has a particular because it was worn by Sir Jackie Stewart during his illustrious racing career, adding a personal touch to the charity. The 85 -year -old race icon will present the helmet during an exhibition at the Bahrain Grand Prix, leading its 1973 victorious Tyrrell 006, creating a captivating moment for enthusiasts of motorsport.

Express his gratitude, Sir Jackie Stewart said: “It is wonderful that Michael was able to sign the helmet for this noble cause – a for which there is no cure. His wife helped him, and that completed all of each champion with us. Although he retired from the competitive race in 2012, Michael Schumacher remains a venerated figure in the world of motorsport, holding many records that solidify his as one of the biggest pilots in history.
