An Israeli strike on a school housing displaced people, east of the Al-Boureij refugee camp, in the center of the Gaza Strip, killed at least 20 people at the end of the afternoon, “Including at least 7 reports the Palestinian agency Wafa. She specifies that “Dozens of other people, including and children, were injured during this Israeli occupation aviation raid on the court of the Abu Houmaysa school, east of the al-Boureij camp”.

The dead and the injured were transferred to the Martyrs of Al-Aqsa, in Deir Al-Balah, and to the Al-Awda hospital in Weseirat, according to Wafa. Earlier in the , two people were killed in a strike on a house southeast of Deir Al-Balah, in the center of the enclave, and four others in a strike west of Deir al-Balah, the agency is still mentioned.

In total, the Israeli offensive in the Gaza Strip left 52,615 dead and 118,752 injured since October 7, 2023, the remaining incomplete report, a certain number of victims being still under the rubble or on the roads, out of reach of the emergency teams, recalls WAFA.
