A shot of Russian ballistic missile on the Ukrainian city of Soumy (northeast) left three dead and eleven injured on Tuesday, the authorities announced, adding that children were among the victims.
“According to first information, the enemy has struck civil infrastructure in the Soumy district with a ballistic missile,” said Ukrainian aid. “Three people died (two died in the hospital, including one child) and eleven were injured, including five children,” he said.
