Led in Bordeaux, Agen, in Libournais-Blayais…
This experiment, imagined by the Citizen Convention for the Climate and provided for in the Climate and Resilience of 2021, took place in fourteen municipalities or communities of communes including the City of Bordeaux, the Smicval Libournais – Haute Gironde and the Agglomeration of Agen for the South West.
