David Hubert takes the time to digest his Anderlecht C4. He wants to keep his head high and start from the front.
After the last day of the classic phase, Anderlecht had created a huge surprise in dismissing David Hubert to replace him in the process by Besnik Hasi. A hell of a shock for supporters, players … and Hubert himself.
The former Sporting coach preferred to remain discreet and not to deliver his moods to the press. Today, he still reacted for the first time via a few words on his LinkedIn account.
-“A few weeks ago, my collaboration with the RSC Anderlecht ended, just before the play-offs and the Cup final. It was a privilege to work with talented players and dedicated colleagues for three seasons. football is by nature unpredictable, on and off the field, and I wish the club the best for the future,” he wrote.
Resentful
“To all those I met during my visit to the club – players, staff and supporters – thank you for your confidence, your support and your common commitment. Now that this chapter is closed, I can’t wait to discover the future,” concludes Hubert.
Like everyone, he will not have escaped him that Besnik Hasi has not been wide since the start of the playoffs. What would have done David Hubert in its place? The question will remain unanswered forever.
