Commercial director of Sokamouss and Sosenap companies, Abdoulaye Soumaré Diallo was charged as part of the management of the Fund Force COVID-19. The judge of the second cabinet, in charge of his file, granted him provisional freedom after he recorded 938 million CFA francs.
The case relates to an order of masks from the Ministry of Industrial Development for 400 million (1 million units) and 538 million (1.345 million masks). “During his hearing at the DIC, Abdoulaye Soumaré Diallo had indicated that the two companies [Sokamouss et Sosenap] had indeed delivered the quantities of masks ordered, ”reports Liberation, which gives information in its edition this Wednesday, April 30.
The newspaper adds that the commercial director “had specified having received these amounts in cash in payment from the ministry’s account manager, against discharges. He had added the circumstances in which the markets were awarded to the two companies whose director general is Marc Hajjar, of Moroccan nationality. Curiously, the latter had not been installed in the procedure ”.
