Me Moussa Diop and Thierno Bocoum went up to the niche to denounce the remarks deemed insulting by Azoura Fall, activist of Pastef, against former President Macky Sall and some of his former collaborators. Both challenge the public prosecutor, whom they summon to act in the face of what they call “unacceptable drifts”.
Me Moussa Diop, very reassembled, expressed himself in these terms: “Apparently the Kumba Am Nday and the Kumba Amoul Nday has a bright future ahead of us: but where are you Mr. Prosecutor of the Republic to put an end to this unprecedented mess in Senegal? If you do not stop these drifts from the winners, freely release my client abdou arbitrarily withdrawn from everyday life without ever having disseminated false news or defammed. Justice for all ”.
For his part, Thierno Bocoum, president of the Agir movement, expressed his indignation on his Facebook page: “If the prosecutor remains silent in the face of public insults of an extreme gravity of a relative of the PM, he confirms his active role in the architecture of a systemic injustice carried by an irresponsible regime”.
