In this case, Stéphane Plaza is suspected of being a regular consumer of cocaine.

According to a source close to the file in Franceinfo, two other people were arrested in this investigation, including a 50 -year -old man, known to justice and arrested at the end of the morning in front of a building in the 20th arrondissement of Paris delivering cocaine. Still according to this source, another man was arrested in Villetaneuse, in Seine-Saint-Denis, with 300 grams of drugs.

Stéphane Plaza was sentenced in February 2025 to one year in suspended prison sentence for recurring domestic violence on a former companion, a decision he will appeal.
