The CA (before intragroup eliminations) by activity is distributed as follows: – exploitation of entertainment media and audiovisual production (44.3%): broadcasting of TV and video programs in continuous flow (55.3% of CA; Disney+, Disney+ Hostar and Hulu), exploitation of TV channels and radios stations (26%; ABC Television Network, Disney, Disney, Disney, Disney Freeform, FX and National Geographic) and others (18.7%; production and distribution of audiovisual content, granting of film licenses, etc.); – Operation of amusement parks and hotel complexes (36.7%): management, on 01/10/2024, 13 themed parks (40 hotels) located in the United States (Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort and Aulani; 6 theme parks and 22 hotels), in France (Disneyland Paris; 2 theme parks and 7 hotels), (Tokyo Disney Resort; 2 themed parks and 6 hotels), in Hong Kong (Hong Kong Disneyland; 1 theme park and 3 hotels) and in China (Shanghai Disney Resort; 2 theme parks and 2 hotels). The group also develops cruise sales activities (Disney Cruise Line), travel organization (Disney Vacation Club and Adventures by Disney), design and development of parks and real estate assets, and sale of derivatives (children’s books, toys, game software, films, etc.); – Production and distribution of TV and video streaming programs focused on sport (19%): ESPN and ESPN+. The geographical distribution of the CA is as follows: Americas (79%), Europe (11.2%) and Asia-Pacific (9.8%).
