Present us a bit of your area located in Charente….

Our area extends over an area of ten hectares around the house and ten hectares in the neighboring town. We produce for France and countries around, but also for the Swedish and even in West Africa. Our area is on the right bank of the Dordogne. We are used to saying that we have our heads warm and feet in the fridge. It is a clay-limestone terroir. We produce wines with aromas of wood and apple. A production of some 60,000 bottles each year.

How do you the current evolution given for example climate ?

The evolution in the Bordeaux is more and more complicated. We believe that has not made its job by letting globalization. It is absolutely necessary to relocate agriculture. For the moment, in Bordeaux, we tear grape varieties for “sanitary” questions. With compensation of € 6,500 per hectare. Climate change obliges us to perpetual adaptation to be able to continue profitably.
