As part of the national initiative #despagesjaunesetbleues, the municipality actively undertakes to support the Ukrainian cultural resistance by honoring the richness of its literature. This project, carried out on a national scale, finds a local echo thanks to the involvement of the municipal library, which offers a selection of Ukrainian works accessible to all.
Five Ukrainian books, representative of the diversity of literary genres, are on the shelves. By this action, the municipal library wishes to enhance Ukrainian culture, but also offer its readers an openness to the world through committed, sensitive and deeply human works. Youth literature, novel, poetry, essay, this selection shows that Ukrainian literature speaks to all generations and all readers. Today it resonates more than ever, in a world where culture remains a space of freedom and dialogue.
