He was in cardiorespiratory arrest. Rescuers could not do anything to bring this 50 -year -old man back to life. At 6 p.m., at the intersection between Boulevard Gambetta and rue Aristide Briand, just in front of the SNCF station in Lons-le-Saunier, a car and a biker struck. A dozen firefighters intervened. An investigation is open to determine the reasons for this collision.
Three young people aged 17 to 21 were on the car according to the newspaper Le Progrès, they were shocked by the facts and were taken care of by the emergency services.
The death of this biker is the 11th death since the beginning of 2025 on the roads of the Jura.
