BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — The Coca-Cola Amphitheater, Birmingham’s newest music venue set to open in June, is hosting a hiring fair for a variety of part-time seasonal positions. Job seekers are invited to attend the fair at the Stadium Club at Protective Stadium on Thursday, May 8, Friday, May 9, and Saturday, May 17.
Available roles include security, guest services, ticket takers, box office representatives, operations, sustainability, cleaning, bar service, waitstaff, and more. Live Nation, which is managing the hiring process, expects to fill over 300 positions.
The Coca-Cola Amphitheater, located in the city’s Northside area, is a 9,380-capacity venue that will host concerts, festivals, and community gatherings. The venue is a collaborative effort between the Birmingham Jefferson Convention Complex (BJCC), the City of Birmingham, Jefferson County, and Live Nation.
The amphitheater’s opening lineup includes performances by Matt Rife on June 22, Dave Matthews Band on June 24, and Def Leppard on June 25, among others. For a full list of upcoming shows, visit cocacolaamphitheater.com.
The hiring fair will take place on May 8 and 9 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and on May 17 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at 1101 22nd Street North, Birmingham, AL 35234.
