The legend of Canadian folk-rock Neil Young launches arrows to Elon Musk and his company Tesla in a new song entitled Let’s Roll Again.
“If you are a fascist, Take a Tesla. It is electric, whatever. If you are a democrat, take your freedom. Take what you want, taste your freedom, ”sing the 79-year-old singer-songwriter in an ironic tone.
Addressing American companies Ford, GM and Chrysler, Young encourages them to take over and “ride again” (“Roll Again”).
“Build something special that people need. Build us a sure way to live. Build us something that will not kill our children. Build us something that really works cleanly. Go America, let’s go into the race. China is well in advance, they make clean cars, ”he continues.
The song Let’s Roll Again been unveiled on stage by Neil Young last weekend during the concert Light Up The Bluespresented in Los Angeles.
Fears of reprisals
