The second day of the Grand Sudbury Book fair was marked by the commitment of several volunteers for books and French -speaking reading.
Sonia B. Inkster participates in the book fair as a volunteer for the 5th time.
For her, being a volunteer means offering the authors who take part in the show an support service in order to retain them.
For me, it’s normal to provide good experience to the authors, so that they want to come back, she underlines.
Ms. B. Inkster remembers that an author returned to the show three times.
She also says she remembers the lack of access to French -speaking reading in a minority linguistic situation.
It was before the beginnings of the literary show.
