More than two hundred people were in a hurry to the Estaing animation room, from 8 a.m. and until the end of the morning, to come and taste the full menu that was offered. The co-presidents of the safeguard of the Saint-Flet procession, Catherine Bergougnoux and Marguerite Salles, want to share their gratitude with all those who mobilized and found themselves around “safeguard” to make this morning banquet a success, as much the participants who tasted everything as the volunteers who invested in the success of this morning.
