Mourad Battikh, lawyer for the victims of the road provoked by Pierre Palmade in February 2023, shared on BFMTV on Tuesday the difficult reconstruction of this .

Pierre Palmade will get out of prison. Sentenced to five years in prison, two of which were closed by the Melun criminal court, the actor will benefit from a penalty development and a release under electronic bracelet.

Pierre Palmade will have spent four months and six days in prison, for provoking a violent collision in Seine-et-Marne in February 2023, while driving under the influence of drugs. The accident had made three seriously injured. According to their lawyer Mourad Battikh, the victims “are still bad, even if they are better”.

“His face is no longer quite the same as before”

“Time helps repair a lot,” he said on our antenna. “It helps to repair Yuksel’s body and the psychological aspect of the passenger. They are better than yesterday and I hope that they will be better than today,” said Mourad Battikh, lawyer for the victims of Pierre Palmade.

The latter said that the driver is not able today to resume .

“It is impossible today for him. He has consequences and he will have lifetime after-life, shoulder, basic operations,” he continued.

“He worked in the construction industry, he got up early in the morning and returned late at night (…) his work tool, it was his body, today, it is obvious that he will no longer be able to resume work as he was before the accident,” he deplores BFMTV.

His son, “returned to school”. “He is always very psychologically affected. His face is no longer quite the same as before,” describes Mourad Battikh.

Regarding the passenger, who lost the baby she had had during the accident, she has given birth to another child since. “I would like to tell you that she is happy, that she is fulfilled and turned the page, but it’s much more complicated than that,” added the lawyer.

Pierre Palmade will leave his cell this morning, but will have to comply with several obligations. He will remain detained at his home with electronic surveillance and he must respect outing schedules.
