The call for candidates for UQAM 2026 merit prices is officially launched. All members of the community are invited to assert the excellence of their peers by answering the call, which continues until October 15.
For this fifth edition, two new distinctions are added to the already existing categories: the price of merit – leadership, which will reward the positive impact of a staff member on the mobilization of teams and organizational performance in its role of supervision or academic direction; And the price of merit – creation, which will underline one of the essential missions of university life and will be awarded to a professor, a teacher or a person in charge of lessons.
The other seven prizes – teaching, innovation team, inspiration, best thesis, research and creation, is a student, influence – see to underline excellence, perseverance, creativity and achievements, both individual and collective, members of the teaching staff, executive and support, and the student population.
