Russian air defense units destroyed a series of drones launched by Ukraine towards Moscow for a second consecutive night, Russian representatives said on Tuesday morning, adding that capital airports were closed because of this attack.
At least nineteen Ukrainian drones were destroyed while they were approaching Moscow Since “Different directions”reported the mayor of the city, Sergei Sobyanine.

Several accounts on Telegram messaging considered as close to the Russian security services have written that a drone has reached a residential building located near a large road axis in the south of Moscow. No victim has been reported. The emergency services were dispatched to the scene, said Sergei Sobyanine via Telegram.
Kyiv did not immediately comment. The Ukrainian authorities repeat that these attacks on drones are intended to destroy essential infrastructure for Russia’s military operations and constitute a response to repeated Russian assaults on residential areas and Ukrainian energy sites.
In total, Russia says it has been the target of a hundred drones overnight.
