Travelers in search of sun destinations will have the opportunity to choose a new non-stop road between Quebec and Fort-de-France on the Air Transat wings from next December.
Air Transat continues to consolidate its position on the French West Indies by adding a flight from Quebec. The airline becomes the first to directly link Jean-Lesage International Airport to Martinique Aimé Césaire International Airport. This weekly flight will be operated on Sunday between December 14, 2025 and April 26, 2026.
“The Quebec Region is a priority market for Air Transat, and the opening of this route is a direct response to a strong growth demand,” said Sebastian Ponce, chief executive officer at Transat, in a press release.
“This new non-stop link to Fort-de-France strengthens our position as a first carrier to the south from Quebec,” he adds.
“It allows us not only to expand our presence on Martinique, which we already offered the year at the start of Montreal, but also to increase the productivity of our network and the use of our A321LR devices.”
