Insurance Australia Group Limited is a general insurance company in Australia and New Zealand. The Company takes care of the subscription of general insurance risks and investment management. Its activity sectors include direct insure Australia, Intermediated Insurance Australia and New Zealand. Direct Insurance Australia provides general insurance products to individuals and certain companies, sold directly to customers, mainly under the NRMA Insurance, SGIO and SGIC brands, the Racv brand in the state of Victoria (through a distribution relationship and a joint venture of subscription with Racv), as well as the brands CGU Insurance and Insurance. The Intermediated Insurance Australia segment provides general insurance products to businesses and certain individuals, sold to customers through intermediaries, mainly under the CGU Insurance and WFI brands, as well as under the brand Coles Insurance through a distribution agreement with Coles. The New Zealand sector includes the NZI and Lumley Insurance brands.
