This Tuesday, June 18 marks a historic day for the Principality since it welcomed the Olympic Flame to its territory for the second time. For the occasion, many members of the Princely Family, the Government and the Monegasque Olympic Committee were present.
It’s done ! The Olympic Flame crossed the Principality from Port Hercule to the Place du Palais Princier this Tuesday, June 18. The six torchbearers Charles Leclerc, Alexandra Coletti, Xiaoxin Yang, Rudy Rinaldi, Prince Albert II and finally his wife Princess Charlène successively relayed the torch to the podium at the main gate of the Prince’s Palace.
