Comedian Stéphane Rousseau is moving.

We don’t know if it’s to live together with his new lover Julie Perreault, but the fact remains that the man behind Madame Jigger has decided to put his superb home in Saint-Sauveur in the Laurentians up for sale.

According to the information available on the sales sheet, we are talking about a recent construction (2021) located on a plot of 25,043 square feet.

The luxurious (and spectacularly decorated!) house has 16 rooms, including 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

A double width garage is also available for parking vehicles (or fat bikesin the case of Stéphane Rousseau).

“With its open concept, cathedral ceilings, concrete floors and modern kitchen, this house does not lack elegance and comfort. Also enjoy a dream outdoor setting with large patios, a swimming pool, a pool house, a fireside area and pétanque courts,” mentions the text accompanying the sheet.

We are not sure about the use of the term “pétanques” in the plural, but the fact remains that there is indeed a pétanque court in the courtyard of the house for sale.
