Chris van Duijn of Dutch studio OMA designed the Adventure Hotel as a series of very brutalist concrete structures nestled into the natural profile of the mountains. The whole is completed by terraces which go down to the ground and whose finishes are one with nature.

Dubai-based architect Shaun Killa takes a familiar approach to futuristic architecture: mirrored structures. Under his direction, the Wellness Hotel was designed in the style of reflective volumes that stand out from the side of the cliff and which, by reflecting the landscape, seem to disappear into the environment.

A monumental portal will lead to the large hall of the Utamo event space, imagined by the Spanish studio Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura as an immersive arena in perpetual evolution, intended to host the shows and concerts of tomorrow. With a design that appears directly inspired by the stepwells of India, the venue will feature a central space flanked by offset structures, terraces and steps (which can double as seating). In short, the dream place for the most beautiful immersive shows and life-size projections.
