War in Ukraine: who are the Magyar Birds, who make Russian soldiers tremble?

In recent days, more and more videos of devastating drones have been scrolling on Telegram. Initially, these drones are supposed to be scouts. It has now become much more. These are the drones used by the Magyar Birds, which frighten Russia so much.

As our colleagues from the Nieuwsblad explain, these drones can wreak serious havoc. They are able to drop grenades. On videos, we can see drones dropping a bomb on the roof of a building, and a few seconds later, dropping a second one within the same building with the aim of killing many Russian soldiers. This is how the Magyar Birds manage to eliminate 20 to 50 Russians every day! The targets of these drones are tanks, arms depots, ships as well as Russian soldiers.

Should we fear an escalation between Russia and the United States? “The Russians may have wanted to send a message”

And yet, these drones do not even belong to the Ukrainian army… They were designed by a Ukrainian multimillionaire of Hungarian origin. It is Robert Brovdi, 47, whose code name was “Magyar”. He had joined the Ukrainian army at the start of the conflict before making himself useful otherwise. He then created these drones, as handy as they are elusive, to make them a real weapon of war.

They are piloted by reputable lawyers, top athletes, businessmen and even a musician. The latter are on motorcycles or in mini-buses a few kilometers from their target.

These drones therefore perform 1,500 reconnaissance flights per month and carry out around 300 strikes.
