Des “slams”
Between May 2018 and July 2018, two men allegedly organized orgies in the apartment of D., the defendant in a wheelchair today following the recent amputation. In this case, the latter allegedly encouraged young people to join him and his handyman called I. to consume cocaine, GHB, amphetamines or even methamphetamines. Most often mixed and injected intravenously, “slams” as it is called.
An investigation was opened against the brother of José P., the author of the triple assassination on Avenue Jeanne in Ixelles
Syringes which would have been prepared for the occasion by D. and injected by him, according to the victims. May’s victim will state that she was unable to give consent due to taking too many drugs. However, D. would have incited other participants to rape her, according to the victim who went directly to file a complaint after the events. The two defendants contest the accusations of rape and attempted rape.
That of July, an 18-year-old man almost threw himself out of a window from the 8th floor following a state of psychosis due to this overconsumption of narcotics.

The Brussels public prosecutor’s office requested a sentence of 4 years against I. and D. faces five years. In view of the latter’s state of health, the representative of the public prosecutor did not oppose possible reprieves for the two defendants.
The court will decide on January 7.
