At a meeting in Wisconsin, the Republican candidate once again demonstrated that vulgarity was one of his campaign tools.

Donald Trump has never been afraid of excesses. Nor is vulgarity. It's even one of his political trademarks – didn't he recently insult his Democratic rival Kamala Harris of “vice-president of m****” and treated Joe Biden to “big pig” ? The Republican candidate for the presidential election on November 5 demonstrated this once again on Friday, November 1 (during the night from Friday to Saturday, French time), during a meeting in Wisconsin at the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, there even where he was officially invested by the Grand Old Party last July.

On stage, dressed in his traditional blue suit and red tie, the 45th President of the United States (2017-2021) complains about the positioning of his microphone attached to the lectern. «[Il] is way too low! It's way too low.”he repeats several times, microphone in hand. Before miming fellatio… in front of laughing supporters who applaud. “Much too low! So I'm walking and I'm like damn, there's nothing worse than coming in like that and… Did you notice that I bent over?”he adds after having hit the plastic arm used to hold the microphone.

Two candidates neck and neck

The same evening, Democratic candidate Kamala Harris was also campaigning in Wisconsin, at the State Fair Exhibition Center located in West Allis, less than 15 kilometers from her Republican rival. In this key state, the two candidates are neck and neck (the same at the national level): according to the poll aggregator Figaro the vice-president is ahead of her opponent by a single point (49% against 48%).

In 2016, Donald Trump narrowly won this state against Hillary Clinton but lost it to Joe Biden in 2020. Wisconsin has ten electors out of 538.
