People in possession of an Aircalin ticket (starting with 063) will be able to postpone or cancel their trip. Exceptional measures put in place since Monday.

A maintenance, postponement or cancellation form is online for customers waiting for a flight.

  • To postpone the trip: if the flight has been canceled since the closure of Tontouta airport since May 13, a postponement is possible without any cost for a departure until September 30, 2024 inclusive. If the flight has not yet been canceled and was originally scheduled before 1er October, it is possible to postpone it without modification fees but with a possible price adjustment. Finally, if the flight was not canceled and was originally scheduled before 1er October 2024, it is possible to keep your ticket as a credit valid for 12 months from the start date of the trip. Its use will be free of charge. On the other hand, its reimbursement will be done with fees.

Aircalin points out that the company is currently operating with reduced staff and is not able to “respond to all requests received via social networks.
