All things considered, Ramiro Gonzalez will not vote for Donald Trump. On Wednesday, during a citizens’ assembly presented on the Hispanic television channel Univision, this Republican from Florida gave the former president a chance to regain his support by explaining his inaction during the assault of his supporters against the Capitol, on January 6, 2021. Trump responded by downplaying his role in what he came to describe as a “day of love.”
“Did you get the answer you were looking for?” a Univision reporter asked the construction worker after the meeting.
“I saw what happened. I was watching TV, and I saw a lot of news clips, and I know what happened that day,” Gonzalez responded.

“I will not vote for him. »
Kamala Harris returned to Trump’s response this Thursday during a rally in Wisconsin.
“We all know that January 6 was a tragic day. And what did Donald Trump say last night about January 6? He said it was “a day of love”. The American people are exhausted by their brainlessness. People are exhausted by this brainlessness. That’s enough,” thundered the vice-president.
