Who are the migrants targeted by this measure?

According to official figures, nearly 140,000 return decisions are issued each year in France, mainly targeting African, Afghan and Syrian nationals, with a low execution rate noted.
A notable difference with the policy of Italy and the United Kingdom
Unlike Italy or the United Kingdom, this measure exclusively targets forced departures while it tackles the problem of massive arrivals of migrants among our transalpine and British neighbors.
