This diplomatic marathon was to end on Saturday with the meeting of the Ramstein group, which brings together Western support for Ukraine, finally postponed in the absence of Joe Biden, who preferred to stay in the United States to follow the hurricane Milton.
As a result, Volodymyr Zelensky had no significant progress to announce to the population on the two major issues of the moment, long-range strikes on Russian territory and Ukraine’s membership in NATO.
