In the broadcast room of the Avignon courthouse, the faces, mainly female and young this Friday, October 4, froze. The afternoon has just begun when on the big screen, the president of the Vaucluse departmental criminal court, Roger Arata, decides to broadcast a first video. For the first time since the start of the trial, the public will enter the room of Gisèle and Dominique Pelicot, in their house in Mazan, where for seven years, men recruited by the retiree on the Internet joined him to rape his wife, heavily sedated beforehand.
