Les Sables-d'Olonne and the Vendée Globe were in the spotlight, Monday November 4 on France 2.
Indeed, the TV film “Seul”, shot 90% in and around the seaside town, was broadcast on television last night.
As a reminder, it recounted the incredible story of skipper Yves Parlier, who had lost his mast during the Vendée Globe 2000-2001.
Just behind TF1 and Love is in the meadow
According to Médiamétrie, 2.60 million spectators (13.2% market share) were in front of France 2 to watch the event TV film “Seul”, with Samuel Le Bihan, less than a week before the start of the Vendée Globe.
At the top of the audiences, we find the essential M6 show, Love is in the meadow (3.8 million viewers) and in second position, the TF1 series «Le Daron» (2.8 million viewers).
Samuel Le Bihan, who played the role of Yves Parlier in “Seul”, had to lose 10 kilos for the TV film.
