Clash between Sarah Saldmann and Thierry Ardisson on 5 over Cyril Hanouna

It was a lively discussion, to say the least, this Sunday at noon on the set of the show Cmedia on 5. In this magazine devoted to the media and information processing, Sarah Saldmann, lawyer and speaker on Cnews and Thierry Ardisson, former star host of Canal, engaged in a real battle of arms.

A vulgar Ardisson

Both were questioned by the presenter of the show, Mélanie Taravant, on the Cyril Hanouna case, namely the article published last night by Le Parisien stipulating that the presenter of Touche pas à mon poste should leave the Canal d’ici group at the end of February 2025. Thierry Ardisson first opened hostilities by insulting Sarah Saldman, accusing her of being Vincent Bolloré’s lawyer: “ You are Bolloré’s lawyer, we are talking about 300 people on the floor, but that doesn’t bother Bolloré “. The former host adds, “in any case you have the Bolloré ideology, it is the channel of the extreme right ».

Hanouna and Cnews insulted by Ardisson

Visibly in Olympic form, Thierry Ardisson continued his value judgments and other insults: “ Giving a political show to Cyril Hanouna is like giving a machine gun to a 12-year-old kid “. Sarah Saldmann responded by accusing him of being condescending to the channel’s viewers C8. “You do not have a monopoly on culture and you seem to despise 2 million viewers who watch the show.” In another lyrical outburst, Thierry Ardisson blithely insults the columnists of Touche pas à mon poste: “ The only idea he had was to put four assholes around a table ».

It seems that Thierry Ardisson did not take his ouster from the Bolloré group very well in 2019, as well as the criticism from the columnists of Touche pas à mon poste against the last program presented by Ardisson on the public service, the Time hotel. A grudge perfectly visible this afternoon on France 5.
