Located in Écully, in the suburbs of Lyon, the Lyfe Institute, formerly Paul-Bocuse Institute, trains the future elite of French cuisine and hotels. Founded in 1990 by Chef Paul Bocuse, this school of excellence, one of the best 10 in the world, welcomes 1,200 students every year from all walks of life. In uniform or cooking outfit, students benefit from an exceptional work environment with renowned teachers. They also have the opportunity to put their teachings into practice in one of the six restaurants (including a starry) located on the campus or the 5-star hotel-school. For several months, we will follow four of these passionate students who aspire to become future stars.
