Leonard warns Malik that Quentin’s things are missing. He thinks he fled after their confrontation over Gaspard. He feels guilty for throwing him away. He fears Maya’s reaction and avoids her. Malik pushes him to tell him about it.
Malik and Leonard rush towards Maya’s room. They come across Thelma who is surprised to see Malik. She tells him that Maya left the day before under the pretext of a romantic weekend. They understand that she fled with Quentin.
Gaëtan realizes that Alice is on a dating app. He is surprised and she explains that she is looking for men to have regular sex. She assures Gaëtan that she wants to continue seeing him but that being an exclusive couple does not correspond to their agreement. He admits to being upset because he doesn’t want her to look elsewhere. She tells him that she had this idea while talking with Stanislas.
Billie apologizes to Anaïs for their clash the day before. Anaïs says that she is lucky to have him because she is a very good maître d’. Billie admits to her that she doubts her vocation. Anaïs suggests that she come and do a job at Double A to regain her confidence, but Billie thinks she no longer has the skills in the kitchen. She adds that she asked Tom for help who doesn’t have time for her.
Gaëtan settles accounts with Stanislas
Maya gives Quentin a prepaid phone and tells him that they are no longer very far from the Spanish border. He takes his sister’s things out of the car and tells her that he doesn’t want her to leave with him. He doesn’t want her to ruin her life for him. She insists and he threatens to call the police to surrender if she doesn’t let him go. He warns her that he left a confession letter to help Cléo.
Stanislas tells Hortense that he spoke with Alice but that she did not understand what he meant and registered on a dating site. He tried to reason with her, without success. He regrets because he doesn’t want to mess up his story with Gaëtan.
Clotilde called the police after finding a confession letter from Quentin in his locker. The gendarme warns her that Cléo will be examined for a possible release but that she risks having strict medical monitoring. Gaspard interrupts them to ask if Quentin is really the culprit and if he has been arrested.
Gaëtan confronts Stanislas. The latter defends himself by saying that he only wanted to give friendly advice to Alice without a second thought. The tone rises. Gaëtan accuses him of doing everything to get Alice closer to him. He accuses her of hiding her game well and of regretting not having slept with her. Stanislas calls him paranoid. Gaëtan warns him that he intends to do everything to ensure that his story with Alice lasts.
Anaïs warns Tom that Billie is going to join her brigade for a service. He tells her that they are cold because he didn’t brush her in the direction of the hair. He gets annoyed by saying that Billie must accept her choice of having preferred to be a maître d’hôtel rather than a chef. Anaïs warns him, saying that Billie has lost confidence in herself and that he risks losing her if he doesn’t support her.
-Clotilde surprises Joachim by bringing Cléo. The latter tells him that she got out thanks to Clotilde who found the real culprit. Cléo then tells him that Clotilde was the only one to believe in her apart from him. He talks about the deep problems in his relationship but Cléo points out that their love is obvious.
Stanislas agrees to replace Billie at the last minute so that she can come into the kitchen. She is surprised to see Teyssier and Rose arrive at Double A with chef Romain Valdine (Luigi Kröner) of whom Tom is a fan. He visits the institute because he is going to give a masterclass to some students.
Maya can no longer stand Leonard in Here it all begins
Marc warns Jasmine and Jim that Cléo was released because Quentin was the culprit. Jasmine doesn’t believe it and accuses her former friend of manipulation. She asks Marc to prove it but he tells her that Quentin has confessed. Jasmine is shocked and assures that Cléo remains dangerous. She must remain in a psychiatric hospital. Marc thinks she will not return to the institute.
Stanislas tells Hortense about his clash with Gaëtan. He admits that his rival is right. He no longer recognizes himself since Alice is with him. He likes her but he says he doesn’t want to follow through. Hortense thinks that this crush is good news because it proves that Stanislas is ready to move on in his love life.
Tom apologizes to Billie for being so selfish. He confirms that Anaïs spoke to him. He gives her a gift so that she can regain her self-confidence. She tells him that her idol is going to give a masterclass at the institute.
Maya apologizes to Malik for not having informed him of her departure. She is worried because she does not know where Quentin is or how to contact him. Leonard comes to explain but she tells him to get out because he took her only family.
Joachim thanks Clotilde for agreeing to host Cléo for one night. He regrets having been so harsh with Clotilde. She admits that she is too directive which must be frustrating. They joke about their respective flaws. They get closer and he says he’s coming back to live with them. They kiss.
