In 2024, Mathieu Ceschin, emblematic candidate of the 15th season of L’amour est dans le pré, announced to his fans that his dream of starting a family had finally come true. After a surrogacy journey (GPA) started as a couple with her ex-husband, Alexandre, then continued alone, the bull breeder became a father in May 2024 thanks to a surrogate mother in Colombia. Now the father of a little Ezio, who fills him with happiness, Mathieu Ceschin ignores the criticism and ignores Internet users who may have judged his sexual orientation or his choice to turn to GPA to have a child. But some go further than simple comments on social networks.
Indeed, he confided to Jeremstar, in an episode of his show Baby Story published on January 19, that several people attacked him in the legal field. “In fan groups [de L’amour est dans le pré]it’s an outpouring of hatred… Abominable.” Some even went so far as to want to notify social services. He said in particular that he had already received complaints to the ASE, child welfare. Victim of threats, Mathieu is however not decided to let it happen.
Right in his boots, Mathieu Ceschin is not afraid to assert his identity as a single father in the face of his detractors. Today supported by a lawyer, he says he is ready to truly take the case to court in order to silence all the fans of L’amour est dans le pré who could (…)
