Ulysses (Star Academy) explains why he had a very bad time living together in the castle

The Academicians entered the famous castle of the Star Academy on October 12, almost four months ago. There are only four left at this stage of the adventure. This Saturday, January 11, a first semi-final opposes Marine and Charles. Next week, it will be Franck and Ebony's turn to be decided. For his part, Ulysses was eliminated at the gates of this decisive stage of the adventure. With seven nominations under his belt, Ulysses was saved one last time by the public against Marguerite. In her show on TF1+, Alix Grousset receives each week the elimination of the last bonus. It was therefore Ulysses' turn to sit on the famous sofa and confide in his adventure… which was not always easy.

“It’s hard to find time for yourself” : Ulysses (Star Academy) had a bad experience of cohabitation

Aware of his label as the most bitter candidate in the competition, Ulysse admits to sometimes having a bad temper. But this reputation has its explanations, if we are to believe the Marseillais. “I've never had a roommate, I've never gone to summer camp. I didn’t know about community life, and it scared me a little”he explained. And it's not certain that this experience at the castle has convinced him since he lists many negative points about this shared accommodation of 14 people. For the loner, this adventure was not easy: “you are not alone in your room. It’s hard to find time for yourself.” He also remembers being particularly annoyed certain evenings, when at 11 p.m., several candidates were still singing: “you want to tell them: it’s okay, come on, let’s stop”. If Ulysse was able to count on his acolytes Charles, Maureen and Marine and the right words of Marguerite to obtain comfort, the separation from his loved ones was difficult: “one minute on the phone a day isn’t much”. Even more so when the loss of one person in particular, his girlfriend Lily, is felt.

A good atmosphere and laughter at the castle that Ulysses will remember

However, Ulysses was still able to find positive points in this experience which will mark him forever. “Living with 14 people who share the same dream as you is so good”he developed. The young man also says he was able to open up more humanly and socially to others thanks to this adventure. He will keep memories of a very good general atmosphere at the castle as well as memorable bursts of laughter.
