“It’s an example of humility”
Rim’K releases his new EP “RUN”, released this January 10. This four-track project marks the artist’s expected return, notably thanks to its collaboration with SDM.
The year 2025 is off to a strong start for Rim’K, which has already made an impression during the opening ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. His EP “RUN” contains four tracks: “Exoplanète”, “Game Plan” feat TH, “Café Noisette”, and “Run” feat SDM.
Rim’K also shared his admiration for the latter: “Incredible, the little brother, I love it so much. Apart from the fact that, for me, he is an artist who matters to French rap and who will count in the years to come, he is an example of humility, this little one. He’s got it all figured out, he’s incredible. It’s an incredible dosage.”
Rim’K took advantage of this interview to give his point of view on the current state of French rap: “What I appreciate in rap today is artists like him who have their own universe, their own thing to bring, but who are aware of what may have happened before them. They really understood everything about music. These are flawless people, big respect to SDM. I’ve done some feats, but I really like this one.”
To celebrate his 30 years of career, Rim’K has announced an exceptional concert at the Adidas Arena in Paris on December 12, 2025.
