Joe helplessly witnessed the murder attempt perpetrated on his journalist colleague Rémy (David Noël) and his mother. Will they survive the injuries inflicted on them by the deranged Vanessa (Léa Roy) in the middle of the newsroom of the City dweller?

Alistair (Léopold Lafontaine), who witnessed the scene while he was at the newspaper to discover his aunt Joe’s job, suffered a nervous shock, he who was already fragile due to his eating disorder.
Beth, Alistair’s mother, is upset following the visit of her father Armand (Germain Houde), who broke into her house, and she worries that her daughter Charlotte (Maée Jenkins) interests Armand.

Arrival of Fanny Mallette
Solène (Marianne Fortier) continues her behind-the-scenes intrigues and it is only at the end of January that we will meet the mysterious woman with whom she is doing who knows what. This new character, Adèle Fortin, will be played by the talented Fanny Mallette. The actress will arrive at the end of the episode on January 21 and we will discover more about her the following week.
Adèle Fortin (Fanny Mallette) is an intriguing new character who flirts with Solène Villeneuve (Marianne Fortier). Adèle will arrive in “Witches” by the end of January.
