For several weeks, the Famille by Canal bouquet, usually offered as an option at €4.99, was offered to Freebox subscribers. Sometimes without duration conditions, sometimes for 12 months. But you had to systematically activate the option from your customer area.
With the end of year holidays approaching, Free has finally put on his Santa costume. The Univers Freebox community site tells us that it is by email that the operator warns its Freebox subscribers: the Famille by Canal bouquet is offered until December 2025.

How to look at this bouquet?
Accessing the Famille by Canal bouquet is child’s play since there are no steps to take. The channels are directly available on the Freebox decoder. Note that the Famille by Canal bouquet is also available from the myCanal application on smart TVs, smartphones and tablets in particular.
What happens after 12 months?
The free offer is valid for one year. At the end of the 12 months, the channels in the Famille by Canal bouquet will be deactivated, unless you choose to subscribe to the paid option. The usual monthly price for this bouquet is currently €4.99/month.
The Free Christmas gift does not bind you: if you do not wish to continue the subscription, no special action will be required.
