Proximus: 4 Italian TV channels, from €72.99 per month
The Pickx digital television service is inseparable from the Proximus Internet connection. Price: from €72.99 per month (Internet + TV pack), from €77.99 per month for the customer connected to optical fiber. In this context, the selection of channels in Wallonia and Brussels gives pride of place to RAI 1 (HD), RAI 2 (HD), RAI 3 (HD) and Mediaset Italia.
Please note: Proximus will increase 233 prices on January 1, 2025. Most packs will cost €3 more per month.
Scarlet: 1 Italian TV channel, from €42 per month
The Trio pack (Internet + TV + landline) is the spearhead of Scarlet, Proximus’ entry-level sub-brand. The price is competitive: €42 per month. The concessions are on the side of options and functionalities. Example: “replay” is an optional option at an additional €3 per month.
In this vein, the number of TV channels is limited. The only Italian to survive this massacre is Mediaset Italia.
Orange: 1 Italian channel, from €68 per month
Following the acquisition of VOO in June 2023, Orange Belgium is reshuffling the cards. The Zuny sub-brand has fallen by the wayside. The VOO brand is set to disappear in 2025. The Orange brand is repositioned in the high end.
Despite this repositioning, the Orange Start Fiber + Orange TV (Internet + TV) pack offers one and only one Italian channel: RAI 1 (HD). Price: from €68 per month.
VOO, 3 Italian channels, from €27 per month
Due to disappear in 2025, the VOO brand no longer sells on its site the only old-fashioned distribution service, which allows its former customers to receive 20 channels for €27 per month by directly connecting the television to the pure wall of the operator.
To skip the decoder and Internet connection, it is still possible to obtain the VOO digital TV card in a VOO store for €69, to be inserted into a compatible television. Then, the subscription at €27 per month provides access to more than 70 TV channels, including three Italian: RAI 1 (HD), RAI 3, Mediaset Italia.
These same 3 channels are available in the VOO Duo Internet + TV pack, from €52 per month.
Telenet, from 1 to 4 Italian channels, from €21.32 per month
The cable distributor Telenet still sells old-fashioned cable distribution (without an application, without a decoder, without a TV card) for €21.32 per month. In the Brussels municipalities served by the operator, RAI 1 is part of the catalog of TV channels only broadcast in SD quality.
From €66.72 per month, the Easy Internet + Telenet TV Iconic pack brings together RAI 1, RAI 2, RAI 3, and Mediaset Italia.
Telesat, 1 Italian channel, Internet connection required or satellite
Like Netflix, Disney + and Apple TV +, Télésat’s App TV Basic (€14.95 per month) is a service that runs via the Internet connection of your choice. This application for smart TV, smartphone, tablet and PC relays 42 TV channels, including the Italian Mediaset Italia.
In the Télésat satellite television offer, you have to go up to the Basic + subscription (€32.90 per month) to get Mediaset Italia.
