Rose confirms to Marc that no one knows of the existence of the notebook. She fears that Angèle will show it to Carla to turn her against her. Marc advises her to talk to her daughter about what she wrote, explaining the context to her. She refuses.

Anaïs trains in the kitchen instead of resting. She tells Milan that she refuses to wait to get back to work. She wants to bounce back quickly if the review is positive.

Olivia asks Rose if she plans to take advantage of Angèle's farm for the Master's degree. Rose tries to say no but Olivia insists on the benefits of this system for chefs.

After redoing the menu of Gaëtan's coffee shop, Alice arrives at his sports class to watch him work, which surprises the students as well as the main person concerned.

Anaïs in shock in ITC

Antoine promises Rose that he tried to change Olivia's mind about her module with Angèle, but that it was difficult without revealing the links between the market gardener and Rose. He advises his ex to tell Olivia everything, she doesn't want to.

Anaïs finally discovers Kleber's criticism. But she is upset when she sees that he calls her “chef with a disability”. Vic tries to highlight the nice compliments in the article, but Anaïs feels bad.

To reassure Rose, especially since Carla's class is the first to do the module, Marc offers to accompany Olivia to Angèle's farm to watch over her. Rose asks him to search her house to find her notebook. Hesitant, Marc ends up accepting.

Stanislas pretends to want to help Gaëtan put away his sports equipment so that he can ask him questions about his friendship with Alice. He also asks him if he is interested in an evening adventure, which surprises Gaëtan. Stanislas admits to her that he is worried about their rapprochement before accidentally slipping in that Alice is a virgin.

Souleymane is happy to be on the farm. Carla didn't want to spend the day with her aunt. While picking pumpkins, Angèle tells him about childhood memories linked to her family.

Anaïs regrets having spoken about her disability during the tasting because of the criticism. Teyssier asks her what she expected by telling them this confidence. He reminds her that she is a salesman but he remembers that she is a great chef. She tells him that she will never be able to become a chef because of her deafness. He criticizes her for cutting corners and insists that she re-educate herself before returning to the kitchen.

Bérénice surprises Marc in bad shape in Here it all begins

Alice takes stock of the progress of their friendship with Gaëtan. She tells him that they can move on to the physical contact stage. They touch their hands. She then asks him if he makes love that way. Embarrassed, Gaëtan tells him that he doesn't want anything more for the moment because he has just separated. He blunders when talking about his virginity. She turns on her heel.

Angèle suggests that Carla have lunch with her and Coline to get to know each other. She gives him a few days to think about it.

Alice wants to know who, Hortense or Stanislas, talked to Gaëtan about her virginity. Stanislas admits that he made a mistake but she refuses to listen to his explanations. He explains to Hortense that he wanted to make sure that Gaëtan was correct with Alice because she does not have the codes. Hortense tells him that he should not have interfered in her private life.

Marc discreetly searches Angèle's house. But he is surprised by Bérénice who asks him what he is doing with the market garden's business.
