Launched for the first time on TMC in 2020, the show called The Agency will be back on the TF1 group channel for a new 5th season on Thursday December 5, 2024. As a reminder, this program follows the daily life of the Kretz family. This is made up of Majo (the grandmother, editor’s note), Sandrine and Olivier (the parents, editor’s note), but also Martin, Valentin, Louis and Raphaël (the four children, editor’s note). All together, they form a large family of luxury real estate agentswho works in an agency located in Boulogne-Billancourt. The TMC show reveals the daily lives of all the members of this family, both professionally and personally.
Indeed, viewers can, for example, discover luxury houses and apartments that the Kretz family is responsible for selling, but also certain more intimate sequences involving arguments and moments of private life.
However, the program has recently been accused of being rigged. In fact, everything shown on screen would be scripted from A to Z. Interviewed by the magazine TV StarValentin Kretz responded to these accusations. “It only hurts when it’s true. These are false accusations so we haven’t even responded to them“, he said. “It’s all true”, had previously assured his brother Martin during his appearance on the show Buzz TV of Figaro in 2023. For the record, the accusations of rigging emerged after some viewers noted several inconsistencies in the show.
The Agency: Fabrice Luchini agreed to act in front of the cameras
Additionally, the Kretz family also discusses some real estate on screen for which it claims to hold the exclusive mandatewhile there are advertisements on other known real estate agencies for these same properties. The revelations of actor Fabrice Luchini, who just appeared in The Agency, also confirmed the detractors of the Kretz family in their position. In fact, the actor explained that he had visited offices that he already owned. He thus agreed to play the role of a potential buyer in front of the cameras. “Out of kindness, as they found these offices for me I agreed to come, pretend I don’t know them“, he said during an interview with TV Magazine. In addition, Fabrice Luchini admitted that he already knew the Kretz family before participating in the program.
