It's just a matter of days… Thursday December 5, 2024, TMC will broadcast the fifth season of L'Agence, luxury real estate. Remember, the end of the fourth season left many unanswered questions about the future of the Kretz family. Louis had gone with his wife to Barcelona in order to develop the agency there. The family then had to adapt to his absence. For their part, the parents, Olivier and Sandrine, had left Brazil to return to France.
Viewers were also able to discover the first steps of the youngest member of the family, Raphaël, within the agency. If Martin, the eldest son, is still in Paris, his younger brother, Valentin, had informed at the end of the season that he wanted leave the capital to settle in New Yorkwhere he already has many contacts. Asked how L'Agence had changed over the years, the famous real estate agent added: “We have evolved in our personal lives and with our clients, who are more and more demanding. They are inundated with proposals, we have to be competitive. Today, it is no longer enough to build a beautiful house, you also have to offer all the services that go with it.”.
